Items will be shipped via USPS with tracking unless the buyer is notified otherwise. All orders will come with tracking info once shipped, which will be emailed to you. Please make sure that the shipping address entered on your order is correct. If you need your order shipped to another address, please advise us immediately. Once your order is shipped we cannot intercept it. Burpie Bibs Boutique cannot be responsible for lost shipments due to fault of the USPS and/or incorrect addresses given by the buyer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

We will not process refunds or exchanges due to mistakes in ordering the wrong fabric print, incorrect item size ordered, wrong shipping address provided, fabric shrinkage, or fabric colors fading. Some normal fading WILL OCCUR!! It is recommended that hot washing, bleach and high perfumed/dyed detergents be AVOIDED to prolong the life of your fabric items! DO NOT BLEACH colored fabric. Please keep in mind that these items are handmade in the US in a home studio and cannot be compared to items made overseas in a factory with high tech-equipment.
Elastic on face masks MAY stretch over time. Drying in a hot dryer or leaving them in a hot car WILL accelerate this process. We recommend hand-washing masks, or machine was on delicate cycle. Hang or lay flat to dry. You may need to reshape the mask once washed: place hands on the right and left sides of the mask and pull outward. This will help the pleats/folds reform.
We are happy to issue replacements on errors we have made (we are human after all). Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis but please be advised they are NOT THE NORM. If a refund is granted we will only refund the cost of the listing NOT any associated shipping that was incurred.
Overall our goal is to make sure you are super content with our products. If something is awry please convo us and give us the chance to correct things before leaving feedback.

“Custom orders” and special requests are available and welcomed! If you would like to request a custom order be made, I will work with you to design a product that will fit your needs. Custom orders include changes to item sizes and specific fabric choices.
